Odinaka Ezeobele is an investment and finance professional with over 10 years’ experience providing financial advisory and assurance services to multinational and indigenous companies across sectors. Her expertise includes stakeholder engagement, process optimization, risk and strategy implementation among other services.
Odinaka previously served as Assistant Manager Deals Advisory, for PWC West Africa where she was responsible for due diligence and negotiations for global companies spanning agricultural, banking, power distribution, mining and energy sector with combined revenue of over a billion dollars.
She is also a certified financial modeler and has received further training in Data, Economics, and Development Policy. She recently led a team of consultants in carrying out a feasibility study for funding Nigeria’s emerging entertainment industry and co-authored the final report. As part of the study, Odinaka organized and convened a workshop of c.200 industry practitioners and financiers across the country, and her results formed the basis for client’s (DFI) financial intervention in Nigeria.
Odinaka holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a chartered accountant.
